Each piece is handcrafted and unique, so all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted. If your piece arrives damaged in transit, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.
Why don’t I see prices listed?
All artworks are price on request. This allows us to tailor pricing based on size, customisation, and shipping specifics. To receive a quote, simply reach out via email or the catalog.
When will I get my order?
Every artwork is made to order. Please allow 2 weeks for creation, plus additional time for shipping depending on your location. If your order is ready sooner, we’ll notify you right away.
Can I commission or bulk purchase artworks?
Yes. We work with collectors, interior designers, and businesses on custom and bulk orders. For these, timelines and pricing will be shared on request. Please contact us directly to discuss.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship at actuals. This means shipping is calculated based on your location, package size, and courier rates. Costs will be shared with you once your piece is ready to dispatch.
